A Mum of three, former criminal prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Legal Aid defence lawyer, commercial litigator and Partner of Law Quarter, with over two decades of experience in Australia and London and an unashamed multi-passionate, Jacqui previously operated her own virtual legal practice as well as a copywriting biz and she’s fascinated by the world of business. These experiences place her in a unique position to understand how business owners, creatives, founders and businesses tick and what makes them thrive.

Throughout her career, she’s had experience working in various government agencies and has enjoyed supporting a range of businesses in private practice. These include beauty businesses, dental clinics, medical clinics, doctors and pharmacies, helping them to minimise the risk of litigation, nail their compliance and solve their legal challenges so they can focus on their passion, their core business and zone of excellence.

The excellence of her venture captured the attention of ASX listed Vita Group Pty Ltd, leading to the acquisition of Clear Complexions in 2017.

 Suzie's experience is rich and relatable, making her a valuable resource for clinic principals in the healthcare business. She's been actively involved in the industry, from shaping the ACN's Graduate Certificate of Cosmetic Nursing to providing advice to government bodies and industry peers. Her role on the Advisory Board of the Non-Surgical Symposium and as a distinguished keynote speaker at the premier cosmetic industry conferences and forums for over 20 years underscores her authority in the field.

After the successful sale of Clear Complexions, Suzie, together with her partner and husband Alex, established HTNK Advisory, providing their unique expertise to industry suppliers, larger chain clinics and individual practices. With a proven track record of empowering clinic principals across Australia and internationally to optimize their clinics performance, Suzie and Alex have become trusted allies in the industry, fostering impressive growth in revenue and profit for their clients.
